Now moving to my serious views on this topic... I still think private lives of people should
remain private and I don't think candid cams should be used to record private lives of so called public figures and broadcasted for public scrutiny.. We should judge public figures only by their public lives... I think the UK court judgment (awaited) on Moslsey (F1 head) case is
going to set a big precedence for court rulings in the future.. Same with the case of a IIT professor who was caught on candid camera in a compromising position with a rickshaw driver...

Mr. Nithyananda as far as I know... did not proclaim celibacy ever.. நம்ம ஆளுங்க காவி உடை யார் போட்டாலும் உடனே பிரம்மச்சாரி என்று assume பண்ணிக்கறாங்க.,. I think he is more a philosopher than a sanyasi.. So whats wrong, if he managed to correct Ranjitha much to the jealousy of so many of us ??. ;)

OK.. Whatever he is, I guess media has no business to invade his privacy of what is happening in his Bedroom.. All in all, I think our voyeurism has gone beyond acceptable boundaries... High time, Supreme court comes out with a landmark judgment that prevents telecast of such videos.. They should give 48 hours notice for the respondent to plead his case in court.. And only if cleared by court, the video should be telecast... UK is going to give similar judgment soon.. When that happens, it will be real victory for Right to Privacy... If this does not happen, very soon we will have Honeymoon and Firstnight videos from Ooty and Kodai shot by the likes of Dr.Prakash and his followers... broadcast on primetime as a Reality show... அடுத்த காட்சியில் என்ன நடக்கும் ??.. கட்டி பிடிப்பார்கள் என்றால் Option-A1, முத்தம் குடுப்பார்கள் என்றால் Option-A2 etc etc.. 56727-kku SMS anuppungaL..
